It's been a long time coming. I sincerely apologize for making so many of you wait so long, but I really needed to take a long, hard look at how we were doing things.
#1 - I wanted to get a look at other services out there and ensure that we were still the best price. I think we have succeeded in that!
#2 - I needed to make sure that the auction plan would be self-sustaining and not have to be shutdown again.
As many of you know, the previous issue we had was the "honor system". There were, unfortunately, a few users (no one with an active account any longer!) that had requested bids, promised payment and then left us hanging with a bill to pay and items we didn't need.
While the new system leaves the onus on you to get money to us before any bidding can take place may be a little more frustrating for you, in the end, it will be something that keeps these issues from ever occurring again and we can continue to provide you great service!
The best thing about being a gamer in Japan, is that 98% of the other gamers treat their games as priceless heirlooms. Very rarely do I buy a used game with any kind of scuffing or even smudges on the disk. If you buy a used game, you can trust that it will be 100% playable and, in almost all cases, that it will be in fantastic condition.
Customs reserve the right to go through any package they desire. Everyday, hundreds of packages are randomly inspected. Usually, this is no problem, but there have been time when packages have been delayed for weeks although they are just sitting in a customs container somewhere. Please understand that I cannot do anything about customs inspections or delays.
