Just a heads up for those of you with open requests currently. We will not be able to ship anything on the 13th, 14th or 15th as my wife has to take our son on a trip to Hokkaido concerning his future ear surgery.
During that time, I will be here and will try to keep up with general request info and such, but will not be able to get to the P.O. for any shipping. So, please hang tight for those few days. Thanks!

Not sure why, but recently many people have been asking about our ability to provide codes for the JP Playstation Network, so I thought I would make a brief update here.
We can typically provide you with a code within 24 hours of payment and have, I believe, the lowest rates around.

AUCTION BIDDING SERVICE REOPENED!

It's been a long time coming. I sincerely apologize for making so many of you wait so long, but I really needed to take a long, hard look at how we were doing things.
#1 - I wanted to get a look at other services out there and ensure that we were still the best price. I think we have succeeded in that!
#2 - I needed to make sure that the auction plan would be self-sustaining and not have to be shutdown again.
As many of you know, the previous issue we had was the "honor system". There were, unfortunately, a few users (no one with an active account any longer!) that had requested bids, promised payment and then left us hanging with a bill to pay and items we didn't need.
While the new system leaves the onus on you to get money to us before any bidding can take place may be a little more frustrating for you, in the end, it will be something that keeps these issues from ever occurring again and we can continue to provide you great service!
The good people over at myfigurecollection.net have added the dv8CAG proxy service to their shops list. If any of you that are member would mind dropping by and putting in a review, that would be great!
I currently accept Paypal and, as of mid 2011, I have also begun to receive some payments through Amazon Payments. Not working out and you would rather pay via money order? That can be arranged via a partner in the U.S. Please let me know about this before I move forward with any request as, unless a very small amount of money, the payment must be received before the item(s) can be ordered/shipped.
There are currently four shipping options through dv8CAG.
EMS is the fastest method; typically arriving within 7 business days and sometimes as soon as 4 business days. It includes insurance on your items up to ￥20,000 (larger amounts may be purchased) and is trackable via the internet. Safest and most secure!
SAL is the method of choice when you want most of the benefits of EMS, but don't really care about how long it takes to make it to you. SAL packages will typically arrive within 2 weeks of shipment.
Surface Mail is the cheapest method for larger/heavier packages. Most of the journey is by boat and, although they advertise that it may arrive within 40 days, I can say from personal experience that it is very often closer to 90 days. Although technically trackable via the internet, expect to see it marked "In Transit" for weeks and weeks. dv8CAG is not responsible for "gorilla handling" of packages.
Small Packet (AIR) is a great option for smaller packages and lighter items. Although it is not trackable at all, it is about as fast as SAL but costs quite a bit less. The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg (approx 4.4 lbs) and they must also fall within the size restrictions outlined by Japan Post.
