Monster Hunter PS4 System PDF Print E-mail

mhps4

We have already had a few people ask about this, so I wanted to make a brief news post about it. The system was available, but sold out with just a few hours. As usual, Amazon will relist them as they become available again due to cancellations or non-payment for anyone that made a convenience store payment option or something.

So, if you want one, the best bet is to keep an eye on the direct link here  http://amzn.to/2jLsNM4  and to immediately add it to your cart and have it sent here for forwarding. Unfortunately, there is likely not enough time for you to have us make the purchase as there will not be much time before one being listed and then being out of stock again.

If you are not familiar with forwarding to us through Amazon, please follow the instructions below.

http://dv8cag.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=133:purchasing-amazon-japan-items&catid=35:dv8services&Itemid=53

I would highly recommend adding our address to your address book in advance so that you are ready to make the purchase as soon as it becomes available rather than trying to go through the entire process from start to finish at that time.

This site blows goats. (I have proof) PDF Print E-mail

Deleted all of the prior stuff about the rogue registrations and random other things bogging the site down.

The fact is, no matter what, since we switched hosting, the site has been slow and buggy.

On top of that, some notification emails just seem to never go out be they registration info, request updates, or even system updates that should come to us.

So.... If you have ANY ISSUES AT ALL WITH REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT, please email us directly via gmail.com at dv8cag. (Reverse those, you know the drill -- Whooo! Anti-spam!)

AUCTION BIDDING SERVICE REOPENED! PDF Print E-mail
Written by Samuel Todd

Hi Everyone,

It's been a long time coming. I sincerely apologize for making so many of you wait so long, but I really needed to take a long, hard look at how we were doing things.

#1 - I wanted to get a look at other services out there and ensure that we were still the best price. I think we have succeeded in that!

#2 - I needed to make sure that the auction plan would be self-sustaining and not have to be shutdown again.

As many of you know, the previous issue we had was the "honor system". There were, unfortunately, a few users (no one with an active account any longer!) that had requested bids, promised payment and then left us hanging with a bill to pay and items we didn't need.

While the new system leaves the onus on you to get money to us before any bidding can take place may be a little more frustrating for you, in the end, it will be something that keeps these issues from ever occurring again and we can continue to provide you great service!

Please check out the information about the bidding service on the newly edited page.

How can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with any order changes. Just like on CAG, once something has gone through, I would expect you to keep up your end of the deal. But, I will do what I can to understand your situation and look into canceling.

Upfront fees will not be returned, but the cost of the items will.

If an item has already been shipped to you, I will expect you to return it to me, at your cost, in the same condition and, upon verification, I will process your refund.

Yahoo! Auctions are quite a different story. I cannot cancel a bid I have made so, in that case, neither can you. All we can do is hope that you are outbid on the item. In the event that you are not, depending on the item, condition and auction price, we may be able to work out a deal where a partial refund is given. This will be case-by-case as I will have to decide if it is an item I will be able to "unload" or if I will be stuck with it for a long period of time.

Canceling an order will put you on "probation" and canceling another order will lose your ordering privileges on this site. Please do your best to ensure that you really want what you ask for.

What are the differences in shipping?

There are currently four shipping options through dv8CAG.

EMS is the fastest method; typically arriving within 7 business days and sometimes as soon as 4 business days. It includes insurance on your items up to ¥20,000 (larger amounts may be purchased) and is trackable via the internet. Safest and most secure!

SAL is the method of choice when you want most of the benefits of EMS, but don't really care about how long it takes to make it to you. SAL packages will typically arrive within 2 weeks of shipment.

Surface Mail is the cheapest method for larger/heavier packages. Most of the journey is by boat and, although they advertise that it may arrive within 40 days, I can say from personal experience that it is very often closer to 90 days. Although technically trackable via the internet, expect to see it marked "In Transit" for weeks and weeks. dv8CAG is not responsible for "gorilla handling" of packages.

Small Packet (AIR) is a great option for smaller packages and lighter items. Although it is not trackable at all, it is about as fast as SAL but costs quite a bit less. The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg (approx 4.4 lbs) and they must also fall within the size restrictions outlined by Japan Post.
